Driver's Mate APP
Designed to simplify and enhance drivers’ efficiency. Once jobs are assigned, you can give drivers full control over their routes and tasks, making navigation and management seamless. Real-time tracking ensures freight is accounted for throughout the journey. Drivers can capture photos of deliveries or damaged goods, even when out of network coverage, with the store-and-forward feature. All driver events are recorded and updated instantly across all user access keeping all stakeholders informed and streamlining the process. Additional features include optional but and possibly compulsory checks like the Seal Check, which prompts drivers to verify the seal’s integrity before proceeding, adding the verification information to the booking history. Drivers will also receive real-time notifications of any changes made to the route plan by dispatch, ensuring they are always up-to-date and able to adjust as needed.

Our Story
The ICOS Group of Companies has been developing software for the transport and logistic sector for the last 30 years.
It all started when Chris Grace and Kathy Ross built and Integrated Cargo Operating System. Sadly Chris passed away 2003. In 2009 Kathy had an epiphany to recreate iCOS into an Internet Cargo Operating System, and again in 2020 to create an Interoperable Cargo Operating Solution.
Kathy’s vision was to make logistics more dynamic in real-time. That idea became ICOS Live, and it transformed the industry and people’s lives.
ICOS Global has been built on Microsoft Azure, offering a modern, secure, and scalable platform. We have listened to our customers and many of our team were once customers and collectively we are pouring that knowledge into our new system.
The system is API driven so it can connect to other systems and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) will create area’s of automation.
